A Certified Consultant and Master Coach for MAPP™ (Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential) since 1996, Barbara S McCarthy has effectively utilized the MAPP™ assessment process with hundreds of Individuals - providing coaching to manage personal and professional obligations, validate important life choices, choose and/or change careers, and much more.
Barbara also provides Coach-the-Coaches training & support to help other Coaches & HR professionals using MAPP™ to take the assessment to the next level with their own clients.
Available for individual Training or if you wish to become a MAPP Certified Coach

WAYS TO SCHEDULE COACHING/CONSULTING SUPPORT:
A conversation (in person or virtual) can be scheduled to accommodate your schedule.
Coaches do not need to be MAPP Certified to offer the MAPP Assessment as a MAPP Authorized Coach to your clients. MAPP Certification is a higher level of training allowing you to carry & display the MAPP Certified Coaching Designation. To become MAPP authorized simply contact us about setting up a coaching or business account.
FEES:
- Individual debrief/coaching: $150 per hour * (plus MAPP™ processing fee)
- Coaches: Hourly or "Project Rate"" to be arranged
- Businesses: Hourly or “Project Rate” to be arranged
- Students: Group rates available for 5 or more.
